Though I stand atop this mountain,

this mountain conquered me,

It taught me how to overcome

amidst adversity.

It stretched me to my limits,

Improved the reflection in the mirror I see.

I was molded to perfection,

A woman, humbled, by the girl I used to be.

T’was faith that placed me at the top,

and faith that will lead me on;

from whence I came I won’t look back

His light shall guide me home.
